Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or faulty products: We will cover the return shipping cost and send you a return shipping label.
  • For all other reasons (e.g., sizing issues, change of mind): You, the customer, are responsible for managing and paying for return shipping. These shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as bespoke or personalized items, made-to-order items, and special orders. Sale items are also non-returnable. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
