Shipping Policy for Fightwear Store

At Fightwear Store, we prioritize delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Below are the key details regarding our shipping process:

Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes your invoice.
  • Tracking information will be sent to you via email, ensuring you stay updated on your shipment.
  • Add sales@fightwearstore.co.uk to your address book and check your spam folder to ensure you receive all updates.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

  • Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time within the UK:
    • Standard Shipping: 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday)

Important: Please note that some products may have exceptional delivery times or be out of stock. If you are working with a deadline, we recommend placing your order early. For urgent orders, contact sales@fightwearstore.co.uk.

Exceptional Delivery Times

Due to current lockdowns, RIVM guidelines, and staffing issues at delivery companies, delays may occur. If you need guaranteed next-day delivery, please reach out to us at sales@fightwearstore.co.uk.

Shipping Methods

We partner with various delivery services. You can choose standard shipping with a track & trace option, which will be shared once your order ships. It is your responsibility to collect the package within the specified time.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders Above £150: Free standard shipping
  • Orders Below £150: £6.99 for standard shipping
  • International Shipments: Costs are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to change.


Duties, Customs, and Export Fees

For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any duties, customs, or import taxes that may apply. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are payable upon receipt of the goods. Fightwear Store is not responsible for any additional charges levied by customs or local authorities in the destination country.

Address Details and Responsibility

Ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Any errors leading to additional shipping costs for returning or losing a package will be the customer’s responsibility.

Receipt of Goods

You are responsible for receiving your delivery. If you miss the delivery and your package is taken to a service point, please collect it in time. If a package is returned to us, reshipping will be at your expense.
